Highboys are one of the most elegant of American furniture forms. There were a great number of regional variations, from extravagant Philadelphia pieces to unique New Hampshire variations. We have been commissioned to build one highboy, with Mahogany crotch veneers, a Newport shell carving on the apron and a hidden drawer in the crown.
